FREMONT, CA: Beautiful.ai, a startup building software, recently announced that students could get a free pro membership to its program. Beautiful.ai also announced Amelia Hickey as the winner of their semiannual 2,500 dollars Power to Present scholarship spring 2021 prize, in addition to the free subscription.

The company's belief that design and education should be accessible to all, as well as the company’s mission of changing the way the world presents and democratizing design so that anyone can create professionally designed slides with ease, is reinforced by the announcement of the free Pro subscriptions and Power to Present scholarship. Students can access education and design through Beautiful.ai, which focuses on the most critical component of the presentation: the story.

“We believe in the combined power of design and education and, when put in the hands of students, the creative and intellectual possibilities are endless,” said Mitch Grasso, Founder and CEO, Beautiful.ai. “Students already have a lot to worry about on a day-to-day basis. Presentations should not be one of them. By providing students with the free Pro version of Beautiful.ai, we hope to give time back to students to understand the material they are covering rather than worry about the design.”

Beautiful.ai’s presentation software, powered by artificial intelligence and smart educational templates, gives students the tools they need to excel in classroom presentations, scale projects, and interact with peers for free. Students can produce beautiful, engaging presentations in a fraction of the time by using Beautiful.ai’s presentation software, which does the design work for them. Students merely need to validate their school email address to gain free access to Beautiful.ai.

“I hope to apply what I have learned about communication through a variety of media on a global scale and work to curb some of the greatest threats facing our nation and our world from a standpoint of diplomacy,” said Hickey. “I thank Beautiful.ai for its support, which has brought me closer than ever to achieving that goal.”

Beautiful.ai presents a 2,500 dollar grant for students working toward becoming specialists in presentations, communications, and design each spring and fall to make education more accessible and support students and the educational community. The award is open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students across the United States and is not dependent on academic achievement. Hickey, this year’s winner, is a student at Arizona State University (ASU).
