The beauty of the technology is that school principals can get numerous benefits from the virtual collaboration provided by the organization with or without attending sessions.

FREMONT, CA: recently announced the launch of Principal Leadership: Making a Difference, a free professional learning community. The platform helps every principal to connect and collaborate on challenges that are faced in leading schools and driving school improvement. Collaboration with peers is considered to be one of the most powerful ways to learn about practical ideas and practices. The released community will host a series of monthly edWebinars with panels of leading principals and conduct discussions on concerned topics with presenters and principal attendees.

“We provide a platform to gather and share learnings, thoughts, and information among professionals to accelerate the dynamics of the education system,” says Lisa, the CEO,, featured as one of the 10 Hottest Social Media Solution Companies of 2016 by Education Technology Insights.

edWeb conducted a Principal Leadership Survey before the launch and received feedback from over 150 principals about the challenges they have faced this past year along with an urge to learn more. By considering these opinions, the latest platform is created to create the school’s mission and vision, with an engaging student learning community. It serves a parent engagement and communication program that can build a positive school climate having teachers with profoundly impacted professional development.

The forum, “Principal Leadership: Voices from the Field”, was the first edWebinar in the series that took place on Monday, July 15, 2019, hosted by Shannon Holden, Principal of Pierce City High School (MO) and his guest from Principal of South Park Elementary Center (PA), Dr. L. Robert Furman. The results of the Principal Leadership Survey were recorded with feedback from the live principal audience so that the leaders who missed the live session can view the recording later.

The authorities are excited about the launch of the online program for principals based on the success of their online application for superintendents “Super-Connected” last year. They have been hosting monthly edWebinar panel discussions with superintendents in collaboration with CoSN, and have successfully provided tremendous value to the participants and the attendees.

Principals and all school leaders are encouraged to join the community for upcoming edWebinars and access the online discussion forums with insights from educators and experts continuously.
